Refund & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At AmateMás, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not in love with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order.

Important Notes:

  • This policy only applies to first-time purchases of a single unit of Glute y Glow or other supplements.

  • To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • We do not offer refunds for opened or used items beyond the first unit. If you order multiple units, only one may be opened and still qualify for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • You must provide your order number and the reason for dissatisfaction.

  • You may be asked to return the product (even if opened) before a refund is processed.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

  • Products marked as Final Sale or promotional giveaways

  • Repeat orders (only the first order is eligible for the money-back guarantee)

  • Bulk orders (more than one of the same product)

  • Claims of "no results" without consistent use for at least two weeks
