To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds for opened or used items beyond the first unit. If you order multiple units, only one may be opened and still qualify for a refund.
Eligibility for Refund:

You may be asked to return the product (even if opened) before a refund is processed.
